We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and our services, without prior notice, if we consider that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or if your conduct may harm the interests of the Company or third parties.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City.
